Refund

Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Please carefully inspect your shipments as soon as you receive them. We will only offer refunds, replacements or exchanges for unopened or damaged product when requested within 2 days of your receipt of the product. We do not offer refunds, replacements or exchanges beyond this point.

1. Wrong/Damaged/Faulty Goods: Returns are accepted if the item received is wrong, damaged, or faulty, including:

    • The product does not match the website description (e.g., wrong item, wrong material, wrong size).
    • The product received is torn, dirty, wet, or has visible defects (e.g., blurred or misaligned prints).
    • Products are damaged or have peeled prints after the first wash.


    2. Wrong Size Items: Returns are accepted if the product’s measurements differ by over 1.5 inches from the size guide provided.

    3. Shipping Issues: If the package received is wrong, damaged, or faulty due to the shipping process, you can request a return. Check your package upon receipt. If there are issues, return the package to the courier immediately or contact us within 30 days of delivery.

    We do not offer refunds for returned items which is custom printed.

    Refunds are given as long as a return request is communicated in under 2 days of receiving the order. Free exchanges are given as long as a return request is communicated in under 30 days of purchase.

    Exchanges

    Any damaged items must be reported to us within 2 days of your package delivery date. Received a damaged item? We’ve got you covered and will send out a brand new product free of charge.

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

    Items are not eligible for an exchange due to size or measurement issues, if the shipped item is the same variant/size as you ordered. In case the size/variant issue is due to us, we accept resend or refund requests.

    To initiate a return/exchange please email us at [email protected]. No merchandise may be returned without prior approval and return authorization number.

    Customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

    If you are shipping an item over $45, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

    Returns

    Please note that we do not accept returns for any products. Once an order is placed and items are received, we are unable to process returns. We encourage you to review all product details and ensure they meet your requirements before making a purchase.
