Shipment processing time

Shipping Time Estimates (US): 15-22 Business Days (typically 3-4 weeks)
Shipping Time Estimates (INTL): 22-30 Business Days

This time is from the date that it is shipped out, not from the day the order is placed.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 4 days.

Customs, Duties and Taxes Trendinguniforms is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Refund if item damaged

If you receive your package and find that some items are lost or damaged in transit, rest assured that you can easily apply for a full refund for those items or resend full new items, without the need to return the package you received. We always aim to provide you with the best and most responsible service.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Refund if package lost
If your package has no tracking updates for over 45 days in transit, you can apply for a free reshipment or refund. If you do end up receiving the package, you can keep it for free without needing to return it.

Refund for Defective Products, Incorrect Sizes, or Production Errors

If you receive a product that is defective, the wrong size, or has production errors, please contact us immediately. We will provide you with a full refund or send a replacement item at no additional cost. To ensure a smooth process, please save all packaging materials and the item in its original condition before reaching out to us. We want to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase, and we’re here to resolve any issues promptly.

60-Day undelivered refund
If your package isn’t delivered within 60 days after shipment, you can apply for a free reshipment or a full refund. If no action is taken within 65 days, an automatic refund will be issued. If it arrives later, you can keep it for free without needing to return it.

$5.00 Credit for delay
If we don’t deliver your order on or before trendinguniforms latest estimated delivery date, we will issue you a $5.00 credit within 48 hours of that date. The credit will be issued via coupon and can be used on your next order.
